Alex began his career as a personal trainer but quickly discovered his passion for group fitness, where the energy of the crowd, the rhythm of the music, and the shared drive for improvement created the perfect atmosphere for growth. Today, he specializes in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), circuit training, strength and conditioning, and functional movement techniques, bringing variety and challenge to every session he leads.
